Analyst - Product Manager

We are currently seeking an energetic and dynamic Analyst to joint our Team!

The ideal candidate will be in charge of implementing new products, monitoring our books of work with our clients and ensuring proper delivery of the features requested by our users. Expertise on securities financing (Total Return Swaps, Securities Lending and Repos) is a prerequisite, with a strong focus on securities lending, operational workflows and tech.

Wematch is on a mission to lead the digital transformation of the largest industry in the world, global capital markets. Back in 2017, we created our award-winning solution which digitizes dealing workflows with banks, clients, and internal teams. Our tools, which include smart matching, negotiation, lifecycle management, sales to trader, and intra and external flows, drive efficiencies across financial institutions’ operations.

The Wematch platform is used by 1,000 dealers at 100 financial institutions across the globe and features several asset classes, including Securities Finance, Interest Rates Swaps and Equity Derivatives. Over the past couple of years alone, we have raised more than $30m in equity funding to fuel our global expansion, backed by global financial institutions and VCs.

This role will give you the opportunity to: 

• Implement new products on Securities Financing in coordination with sales, coverage, and tech teams
• Monitor all “book of works” with our partner clients and send regular updates to the users
• Document new features / new products into detailed specs for the tech teams
• Coordinate internal reviews with sales, coverage and tech teams
• Track product roadmap with agreed ETAs
• Coordinate tests scenario prior releases and ensure tests are completed before features are released

A bit about you:

• Past product role in a bank / financial institution [2 to 5 years]
• Excellent communication skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Very strong product expertise on Securities Financing
