Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

This is a summary of the business continuity plans of Wematch.live R&D Ltd (“Wematch”).

These plans also cover Wematch.live LLC, a registered broker dealer and wholly owned subsidiary of the company.  Each business area has its own business continuity plan which includes their immediate response plan, specific recovery procedures, and steps for recovery and restoration of business processes.

These plans are designed to address major disruptions to the company’s operations, focusing on operational recovery, record protection, employee safety,  and communication with stakeholders. They encompass all essential business processes and related personnel, providing comprehensive coverage.

The company’s information technology services are provided by our parent company, Wematch.live R&D Ltd. These technical recovery plans detail procedures to restore Wematch’s critical technology infrastructure and applications. They also ensure ongoing communication with regulators and timely regulatory filings during business interruptions.

Whether you are an individual investor, an institutional investor, a financial professional or a business partner, please be advised that the plan reflects a long-standing commitment of the company and its employees to plan for and be prepared for a significant business disruption.

Investors should note they will continue to have access to their investments through normal channels and the ability to make purchases and sales, despite the fact that Wematch may be experiencing a business disruption. Wematch has certified business continuity plans for key business partners and suppliers, such as our cloud infrastructure suppliers and material subcontractors.

The company’s goal is to recover its Critical Business Processes with minimal interruption, on the same day, depending on the nature of the disruption.
