The company’s information technology services are provided by our parent company, Wematch.live R&D Ltd. These technical recovery plans detail procedures to restore Wematch’s critical technology infrastructure and applications. They also ensure ongoing communication with regulators and timely regulatory filings during business interruptions.

Wematch has certified business continuity plans for key business partners and suppliers, such as our cloud infrastructure suppliers and material subcontractors.

The company’s goal is to recover its Critical Business Processes with minimal interruption, on the same day, depending on the nature of the disruption.
