The Website, in general, and the Services are not directed to individuals under 18. Wematch does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18, as it has no control over its Business Customers’ trader’s user permissions. What kind of information we collect and how?

The categories of Personal Information we may collect and share is as follows:

  • Identifiers: Such as your name, IP address, mail address, phone number, company name and position, or other identifiers.
  • Online activity information (e.g., browsing interaction our Websites or advertisements)
  • Employment-related information (e.g., job application or resume information, interest in certain positions).

We may collect such information via the following sources:

  1. Contact Us/ book a demo: By providing personal contact information or by sending an e-mail to the contact e-mail presented on the website, we shall collect the information you provide within the e-mail, and your contact information.
  2. Careers: By clicking on ‘apply’ next to a specific position posted on the Website, you shall be re-directed to your e-mail environment, on which you will be able to send us an e-mail regarding the relevant position.

How do we use Personal Information?

We mainly use the information collected to provide our Services and to operate the Website. The information may also be used to improve our The Website and our services, based on our legitimate interests. 

We may also use your Personal Information to communicate with you, to carry out our legal obligations, to enforce our rights, and as otherwise permitted by law.

Either way, we do not share any of the information with third parties, except for the circumstances described below.

We may provide you with marketing materials, personalized ads and other useful information using your contact information.

Wematch is not selling your Personal Information and has not done so in the past 12 months. 

Wematch is not sharing and hasn’t shared your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may however share the following categories of Personal Information – identifiers, such as name and e-mail address, online activity information, and employment related information. We shall disclose such personal information mostly with our subsidiaries and service providers, as further elaborated in our Online Privacy Notice

You have the right, under law, to request the execution of the following rights:

‘Right to Deletion’ – As a Californian resident, California law provides you the right to request the deletion of any personal information that has been collected about you.

  • This website is owned and operated by Wematch LLC.

B. Verification, Authentication, and other rights

  • When a request is made, we may ask for further information to authenticate your identity. Please note that we may decline any unverified request – When you make a request, we will first have to verify your identity, and only once we have verified and authenticated your identity, we shall continue fulfilling your rights. 
  • If you are not a California resident but believe that you are entitled to the rights mentioned above from another legal source – you may contact us and request exercise of your rights. We will examine the validity of your claim before agreeing to process any request.

We may update this Notice from time to time to reflect new regulatory, legal, or business practice and Company changes. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically to be informed of how we collect process or share your Personal Information.
