Senior Full Stack Developer

We’re seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer to join our US team in New York. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our production application, ensuring its stability, performance, and scalability while driving continuous improvements and innovation. This role requires strong technical expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and API design, and you’ll work hands-on with US Tech lead and global teams to drive development, troubleshoot production issues, and build new features.

Our tools, which include smart matching, negotiation, lifecycle management, sales to trader, and intra and external flows, drive efficiencies across financial institutions’ operations.

Our Platform is used by 1000+ users at 90+ financial institutions across the globe and features several asset classes, including Securities Lending, Repos, and Total Return Swaps. What You’ll Do

• Develop & enhance our platform using Node.js, React, and cloud services
• Manage & optimize our production application, ensuring uptime and performance
• Lead architectural decisions for scalability and security
• Monitor, troubleshoot & resolve production issues proactively
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in JavaScript (Node.js & React)
• Experience managing and maintaining production applications
• Expertise in Express.js, asynchronous programming, and API design
• Strong cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Database knowledge, preferably NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.)
• Autonomous problem solver with strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, cloud architecture, or FinTech

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000/year (Full-time)
