Our platform serves over 1,000 dealers at 85+ financial institutions globally, covering asset classes including Securities Finance, Interest Rate Swaps, and Equity Derivatives.

Your Role

As a Securities Finance Coverage specialist, you’ll play a critical role in fostering client relationships and driving the growth of our platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Client Engagement: Regular, direct interaction with securities finance traders, sales teams, and middle-office professionals at banks to ensure platform adoption and usage.
• Platform Monitoring & Support: Oversee the daily monitoring of the platform, focusing on facilitating trading activities, especially in Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL).
• Client Feedback: Actively gather client feedback and share key insights with the Coverage and Product teams through daily calls.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with traders and clients on the Wematch platform, ensuring their specific needs are met.
• Client Reviews & Usage Growth: Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure continued platform engagement and usage expansion.
• Business Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of clients’ unique business requirements to better support their goals.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in Securities Finance and a passion for technology-driven solutions. If you meet the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

• A post-graduate degree in a relevant field or 3–10 years of experience in Securities Finance Trading and/or Sales.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic.
• Series 7 & 63 Licenses (Required).
• Previous experience with financial institutions or capital markets is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $175,000/year (Full-time).
