Wematch beefs up Sales and Coverage teams

Wematch has confirmed 3 additional hires in London, Paris and Singapore within Sales and Coverage teams.

Matthew Vale is joining as a sales trader on Securities Financing, based in London. Matt joins from Credit Suisse where he spent 14.5 years across the Securities Finance business, with the past 8 years as a Sales Trader on the Equity Finance Supply Desk, in both Dublin and London.

Thi Nam Garnier is joining as a cross-asset relationship manager, based in Paris. Thi Nam is joining from Virtu RFQ-hub where she worked for 9 years as EMEA Relationship Manager for sell-side clients. In this role, Thi Nam had been strongly involved in the digitalisation of the Derivatives & Delta One RFQ flow, giving her a strong expertise in electronic trading platforms.

Leslie Lim is joining as a Coverage support, based in Singapore. Prior to joining Wematch, Leslie founded a FinTech startup, and previously worked in Barclays and HSBC in Singapore and Hong Kong covering APAC clients. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD, and is a member of both the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle and World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community.
