What does Wematch do?
Our Website is mostly informative, as it enables you to receive information about our services, and to contact us when needed. Our services are a matching and workflow management platform, provided as a web-based service to Business Customers (‘’The Services’’). These Services are not available through the Website.
Children
The Website and the Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and Wematch does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. We use personal information as outlined in this Privacy Notice. We mainly use the information collected to assist with your requests, such as job applications, contact communication, and to operate the Website.

- We use a limited number of third-party service providers, who process Personal Information on our behalf, and assist us in making our Websites available. These third parties are contractually required to protect your Personal Information, and may access, process, or store the information while providing their services to us, and they may vary from time to time.
- As a global company, we may share your Personal Information with our corporate affiliates and subsidiaries worldwide for business purposes, including those located outside the United States. Information shared with affiliates is used only for purposes consistent with this Privacy Notice and applicable business operations. In the last twelve months, we have shared the categories of Personal Information listed above with our affiliates and with our business partners for specific business purposes as disclosed in this Notice.
- When we transfer Personal Information internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect it.
Due to Structural Changes
In any case of acquisition, merger or any other structural change, we may share the information collected, provided that the said entity shall undertake the provisions of this Privacy Notice.
Your US state rights
Verification, Authentication and Authorized agents

- Please note that we may decline any unverified request – only once we have verified and authenticated your identity, we will be able to continue in exercising your rights.
